Introduction

Telecommunications today, is at the very heart of business. How an organisation interacts with its customers and associates has a deep impact on its bottom line. Effective monitoring of this interaction is of paramount importance.

Recall Voice Logger is a web based Telephone Call Logging Application. It records calls over Analogue Extn/Trunk, Digital Extn, ISDN-Pri Trunk line and IP Extn. It works silently in the background and is not directly visible to the PC user. As it can be accessed using a browser, it can be reached from a PC or tablet or a mobile device.

Connection Diagram




  • Recall Voice Logger is connected in parallel to the lines which are to be recorded.
  • This is usually done by connecting it's hardware port in parallel to the MDF.
  • In case of an ISDN/PRI line, a parallel is taken from the PRI-MODEM.
  • In case of IP-Recording, the lan port of the Recall PC is connected to the SPAN/MIRROR port of the Layer-3 switch to which the IP-Phones are connected.
