Introduction
Clarity is a Web-based Call Analysis Software. It connects to an
EPABX and collects Call Detail Records(CDRs) over a serial/lan or similar
communication link. The collected data is processed in real-time and made available for reporting. The
user can connect using a browser and generate reports.

Clarity using a Web-Browser like IE, Google Chrome, Firefox etc.

reports on data that is already processed. The reports can be downloaded in
PDF / Excel formats.
