Latest Calls : The latest calls are shown as they are processed in real-time. This Call Detail Record (CDR)
information is collected from the EPABX over a serial/lan link. Once captured, it is processed
as per the configuration and assigned to the correct extension.
Report Query Page : You can query on basic and advanced fields to collect calls
for your reports. You can either write down the values or select them from various
lists.
Report Page : There are various report formats to choose from.
Once generated, you can also download the report in PDF or MS-Excel Formats.
Easy Navigation : You can directly jump to the start of a department or to
an extension within that department in a report. You dont have to navigate page by page.
Graphical Reports : These give a fresh look at the data, so that otherwise
unseen trends can be identified.
Easy Configuration : Configuration of extensions, departments, trunks
and other entities are very easy and intuitive.
Live Channel View : It shows a view of all channels with details like time-of-call, dialled number,
caller-id and duration of call. Channel status is shown using an visual indicator.
Calls made yesterday and today are shows as a bar graph. Hard Disk usage statistics like
Free disk space and recording space left on disk are also shown.
