Extension list : The administrator can configure extensions via the Web interface.
The extensions can be configured to login into the system either from the PC or via the IVR.
Holiday List : The list of official hoildays with the message to be
played on those days can be configured in Vocal Auto-attendant.
Working Hours List : The working hours for each day of the week can
be configured in Vocal Auto-attendant.
Live Channel View : It shows a view of all channels with details like time-of-call, dialled number,
caller-id and duration of call. Channel status is shown using an visual indicator.
Calls made yesterday and today are shows as a bar graph. Hard Disk usage statistics like
Free disk space and recording space left on disk are also shown.
